Milled or ground Flaxseed goes well with most grainy cereals (Wheaties, Rasin Bran, Wheat Chex …). It also mixes well with scrambled eggs! Get a greater "grain" taste from your grainy cereals while improving your health with additional vegetable oil and roughage (my mother had Alzheimer's and this was recommended for her).
Just add a few tablespoons to your bowl before adding cereal. Add milk and enjoy.
