Use your left-over pie dough to make this easy snack. Bake it along with your pie.
Roll left-over dough into a roughly rectangular shape and spread soft butter onto it.
Sprinkle granulated Sugar evenly, followed by ground Cinnamon.
Roll up the mix and stretch carefully, a section at a time until the roll is of uniform thickness.
Cut roll in half, pinch dough over cut ends and place them on a tray or aluminum foil, leaving a slight gap. Now is a good time to cut rolls into bite-sized segments (not shown).
If using aluminum foil, fold the sides up to stiffen it.
If Baking with a pie (at 350ºF), put the cinnamon rolls in the oven where you can reach them before the pie. Remove the cinnamon rolls after a half hour, but leave the pie bake for a full hour.
If using aluminum foil, use a spatula to slide the cinnamon rolls onto a tray.
