We exist to serve you. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for a full refund. All returns must be made within 60 days of the Order Date on your Invoice (included with your order). Orders made after October 1 will have until January 10 (or 60 days, whichever is longer) to be returned, to allow for Christmas gifts.
We suggest that you print and fill out a copy of our Return Form here and mail your returns to the address listed there. Alternately, you may mark up a copy of your invoice (included with your order), clearly indicating the items being returned and why. Be sure to include your email address, so that we may acknowledge receipt of your return. Mail returned objects to our “Vendor Contact” address as shown on your invoice.
All returned items must be in the original condition as you received them. We do not accept used items. We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of our products.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for a full refund of your original payment.
If you're asking for a partial order refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned and for that portion of the original shipping cost based on weights of returned items.
If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, you will be fully reimbursed, including return postage (see note).
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please print and fill out our Return Form. Then, enclose all original packaging material and items of the order into a larger package. If we receive your damaged order without the original packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim to the carrier and you may not receive credit for the return.
If this is not possible, be sure to repackage the items securely and insure the delivery.
Postage for shipping damage or wrong/defective item returns will be reimbursed by us, as long as it is for shipping timeframes of 2 days or longer.
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are also responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us for all reasons except shipping damage or wrong/defective items.
As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. If you paid by cash or check, we will mail your reimbursement on a LearnTools Inc. check, within 10 business days of your email. If you paid by credit card, you should be credited within 10 business days of your email. The return credit should be reflected on your card statement within one or two billing periods, depending on their billing cycle.
